We’re looking for stunning figurative fine art images to share with our audience and feature on the cover of Model Society Magazine. Submit your best fine art model photography today to be a part of our first-ever cover art contest.

Participation in this Contest signifies the Participant's agreement to these Contest Rules and Model Society’s decisions related to this Contest. By uploading and submitting your image(s), you agree that your Submission conforms to the Magazine Cover Contest Guidelines as defined below, and that Model Society, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines, or for any other reasons so reserved.

Requirements and Submission criteria:

Any community member of ModelSociety.com with an active profile (the “Participant”) is invited to submit up to five (5) images. Each image submission represents one (1) entry into the contest.

• Images can contain artistic nudity but must not contain sexually explicit or violent themes.
• You must be the copyright owner or if you are not the copyright owner you must be able to obtain written permission from the copyright owner for Model Society to reproduce your submission.
• The Submission must not infringe upon the rights of any third party including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and personality rights.
• AI generated images will not be approved and are subject to disqualification.
• Photographers and artists of the Submission must have (or be able to acquire) a signed model release from the model who appears in the submission.
• You must be able to provide high-resolution (print quality) digital image files of your submission.
• All image creators and participants (both model and photographer) must be 18 or older.
• By entering this Contest, Participants agree to have their name used publicly for the purposes of promoting the contest and announcement as a winner of the Contest.
• Submissions not meeting these criteria will be disqualified and Model Society reserves the right to disqualify Submissions for any other reason.

Second-place image creator(s) will get …

• Your image on the back cover of Model Society Magazine
• A $500 award
• A feature-length interview and article in the magazine
• At least one dedicated video on our YouTube channel (5 million views a month)
• Featured images on the ModelSociety.com homepage
• An entire issue of our famous email newsletter dedicated to your work
• Dedicated promotion across all of our social media
• A complimentary printed copy of the magazine

Runners-up will get …

• A chance to appear on the inside front or inside back cover of the magazine
• A chance to appear in a special gallery section of the magazine
• A featured appearance in our famous email newsletter

Determining Winners

The choice of winning submissions will be heavily influenced by the popular vote. Model Society reserves the right to make editorial decisions when making the final selection.

Winner Obligations and Agreement

• Winners must be reliable, responsive communicators.
• Winners will be contacted by email as provided by the Participant within five (5) days of the Contest closing. 
• Winners must provide high-resolution (print quality) image files within five (5) days of being contacted. 
• Winners must complete and agree to the final submission form (to be provided later) within five (5) days of being contacted. If you choose not to agree, another winner will be selected.
• Winners who are unable to reply or provide requested assets within the required time frame may be disqualified, and another winner will be chosen.
• Winning models must either own the copyrights for their submission or be able to provide written permission from the copyright owner.
• Winning photographers and artists must be able to provide a copy of a signed model release from the model appearing in the image.
• By entering this Contest, Winners agree that their credits and winning images can be promoted by Model Society (websites, newsletter, social media, etc.)

By participating in this Contest, all Participants declare that they have read, understood, and complied with the Contest rules and will be legally bound by all terms and conditions of these rules and agree to abide by all decisions of Model Society.

By participating in this Contest, all Participants release Model Society, its affiliates, and their employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents from all liability for any damage that may result from entering or attempting to enter the Contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Model Society, its affiliates, and their employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents from any liability, loss or damage occurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the Prize and acknowledge that Model Society and its affiliates, and their employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, including but not limited to the quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose of the Prize.

By participating, you hereby grant permission for all entries to be included in Model Society Magazine. Participants also agree that Submissions can be used in whole or in part royalty free by Model Society in any media whatsoever, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional activities or materials, or on websites. Participant agrees that Model Society is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Model Society does not claim ownership of copyrights. Creator retains all right, title and interest in the Submitted Materials.

Model Society reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Contest, and/or the Contest rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
