Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Model Society. We believe that privacy is a fundamental right. We are a company built for artists, by artists, and we treat your data with the same respect we treat our own.

Before we get into the legal details, here are three promises we make to every customer, supporter, and community member:

  • We Never Sell Your Data: We are in the business of selling art and education, not personal information. We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address or customer history to data brokers or third parties.
  • We Respect Your Inbox: We only send emails we believe add value (such as new artwork, magazine issues, tutorials, or major updates). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with one click.
  • Your Payment Info is Sacred: We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, bank-level encryption (Stripe & PayPal) to ensure your financial safety.
2. Who We Are

Model Society INC ("We," "Us," or "Our") is the data controller for your information.

  • Physical Address: 449 Midland Dr., Asheville, NC 28804
  • Contact Email: [email protected]

3. Who This Site Is For (18+ Only)

Important: Our content features fine art nudity. This website is exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this site, create an account, or submit any personal information. If we discover that a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it immediately.

4. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information: content you give us, and data we collect automatically.

A. Information You Give Us

  • Account Data: When you sign up for a newsletter, free trial, or purchase a product, you provide your name, email address, and account credentials.
  • Billing Data: If you make a purchase, our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) collect your credit card details and billing address. We do not store your credit card number on our servers. We only see the last 4 digits and the transaction status.
  • Support Data: If you email us for help, we keep a record of that correspondence to ensure we solve your issue.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device Data: We may see your IP address, browser type (e.g., Chrome, Safari), and operating system. This helps us ensure our site looks good on your specific screen.
  • Usage Data: We track which pages you visit, how long you stay, and what you click. This helps us understand which art and articles you enjoy most.

5. How We Use Your Information

We don't sell your data. We use it to run the business. Specifically:

  • To Fulfill Orders: We need your email to send you the digital magazines, books, or course logins you purchased.
  • To Prevent Fraud: We analyze purchase data (IP address vs. Billing Address) to screen for fraudulent transactions. This protects both you and us from credit card theft.
  • To Communicate: We send transaction receipts, password resets, and—if you opted in—our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
  • To Market (Ad Retargeting): We use tools like the Facebook Pixel to show you relevant ads for our products on other platforms (like Instagram or Facebook) based on your interest in our site.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use "cookies" (small text files stored on your browser) to make the site work.

  • Essential Cookies: These keep you logged in to the Academy and maintain your shopping cart. You cannot turn these off if you want to use the site.
  • Analytics Cookies: We use tools such as Google Analytics to track how many people visit the site. This data is anonymized.
  • Marketing Cookies (The Pixel): We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ads and serve ads to people who have visited our site. You can control your ad preferences directly through your Facebook/Instagram privacy settings.

7. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the trusted third-party tools required to operate the business:

  • Kajabi: Our website and course hosting platform.
  • Stripe / PayPal: Our payment processors.
  • Email Service Provider: To send our newsletters.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by a subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are accessing this site from the EU, UK, or other regions, please note that your data is being transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We adhere to best practices to ensure your data is treated securely, regardless of where it is processed.

9. Your Rights

You have control over your data.

  • Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information inside your Account Settings at any time.
  • Deletion: You have the right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data." Note: We may retain transaction records for tax and legal purposes.
  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

10. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data during transmission. While no system is 100% secure, we use robust security measures provided by our platform partners (Kajabi and Stripe) to keep your information safe.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as regulations change or our business grows. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site.
